We are excited to offer a different kind of equine experience to the community. Alejandra will be facilitating these sessions using her training in equine assisted learning. She has attained certification through EAGALA as an EP (Equine Professional). Additionally she is continuing her education and training to become an EAL-EP (Equine Assisted Learning - Equine Professional) through the Natural Lifemanship program.
"We help people and animals form relationships to overcome stress and trauma." -Naturallifemanship.com
EAL is not considered therapy as there is no mental health professional involved, and the focus is not on treating a mental health diagnosis. Instead, Alejandra will guide participants in equine interactions to transform your life, help you develop new skills, and grow in new ways.
From a lifetime of experience, Alejandra has incredible skill interpreting equine behavior. She is able to read the subtle body language of the horse and relay the meaning to guide participants to a better understanding and ability to connect. Alejandra believes horses can show us how meaningful connections are the path to healthier relationships.
Alejandra has a wealth of horsemanship knowledge from decades of experience using liberty work and mulemanship in her professional career with equines. No matter your experience level with horses you are sure to take away an encouraging experience of personal growth. Alejandra has a deep desire to empower others to better themselves, and in turn our community.
Alejandra puede facilitar sesiones en Español si es mas conveniente.
